Historic
This building was originally a factory of nails.
Bordered by a creek it used water to drive a impeller.
Subsequently producing electricity
We bought it in September 2004 to transform it into a family home for the living area and cottages in the barn.
It took us two years to finally get the permission to transform it
And then four years of work to complete all.
